First of all the location was wonderful and that is really important while traveling in Barcelona. One of the staff members named Santiago was really so nice and helpful he helped me and my family in everything we needed and his English was excellent. Beside him the rest of the staff was ok and their English was fair . the facilities of the hotel are nice but the maintenance is not so good and you can feel that in the small details. I can say for sure that without the front desk staff Santiago I were very disappointed but he really helped us so much in everything we needed a a thing that was really well appreciated.

What I should mention here is Mr. Alex.A, I travelled a lot but never met a person Who extremely helpful and always smiling and welcoming everyone like him. He was very kind to us and to others when inquiring about anything. I think he loves his work a lot and enjoys it. The thing that will prevent me from booking in other hotels is the treatment of this person and his wonderful service. We had a small problem with taxis outside the hotel, and this person, when he noticed that, rushed to us quickly to solve the problem with them

We had a spacious twin bedded room. The beds were very comfortable and wide, with space between them. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We had both a kettle and a coffee machine, and complimentary bottled water was supplied every day. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the late evening staff. The location was very convenient; easy to walk to many sights and close to two metros for travel further afield. Also easy for the airport bus. All in all highly recommended.

Probably one of the most polite staff I have ever encountered. They did take time to check me in, but that's because they were willing to accommodate my early check-in, for which I am extremely grateful. They made sure that I was comfortable during my wait. Excellent large rooms and bathroom, location is phenomenal and my window was overlooking La Rambla, but was quiet (4th floor). The Taxi stand is right in front of the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel, very centrally located to the Rambla, however it was very quiet despite there being a lot of nighttime activity on the Rambla. All the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Taxis are always readily available just outside the door. Short 5 minute walk to the large market area. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, so much to choose from, omelets made to order.
